Refund policy

At Zawadi Attire, each piece is carefully selected to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship.

Due to the nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Returns

We only accept returns if:

• The item arrives damaged or faulty
• The incorrect item was sent

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Item must not be altered or damaged after delivery

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and received, we will:
• Offer a replacement (if available), or Issue store credit

We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
